Cleaning fee:
All turnovers are completed by our in-house cleaners who are trained and managed by us! This fee is specific to property size and paid by guests. We also provide all cleaning supplies at no expense to property owners!
Linen fee:
We have partnered with a locally owned and operated company to offer each guest fresh, commercially cleaned linens for every stay! This fee is customized to each property and is built into the nightly rate.
